Where do I find a US public company's annual report?

There are several ways to find a company's annual report to investors (often called a "glossy.") However, it is important to remember that because an annual report is not a filing required by the SEC, some companies choose not to prepare one and instead use the 10K as the only venue for reporting annual financials and significant corporate events.

  • Mergent WebReports (Subscription database; current SLU students & faculty/staff only)
  • Corporate websites: many companies will post recent Annual Reports on their own corporate websites.  Look for links to Investor Relations, Company Info, or About Us.
