Answer

Overdue reminder notices for books from Saint Louis University Libraries are sent by email when books are 5 and 15 days overdue. After 30 days, overdue books are assumed to be lost, and the borrowing patron will be billed for replacement of the book, usually $120 plus a non-refundable $15 processing fee.

Please try to return your books on time in order to avoid the possibility of a fine being charged. If you have any questions about the books you have checked out or about library circulation policies, please contact the Circulation Services staff at 314-977-3087 or piuscirc@slu.edu.
