Q. How can I find info about stock shares owned by members of the Board of Directors for a public company?

Information about shares held by executives and directors is available in Mergent Online (use the link below to access this subscription database).

• Search for the public company by name or ticker symbol (e.g. AAPL)
• Once viewing the company profile, click the blue "Ownership" tab.
• Click "Insiders" to view shares held by specific individuals. Information about "Insider Trades" is also available.
