In order to share a limited-access ProQuest ebook, students need to use the "Read Online" option instead of the "Download Book" option. The "Download Book" option checks the book out to one particular student for one day.
If no one does this, the ebook should remain available to everyone.
Using the "Download PDF Chapter" option is fine and does not lock other people out of the ebook.
