Why do I need to clear my cache and how do I do it?
Answer
Clearing your internet browser's cache and cookies is often the first step in troubleshooting any online problem. Your internet browser stores pieces of data (like images, user settings, or java script) from websites you visit and saves them so that the pages can load more quickly the next time you visit. Sometimes, this can cause problems with your experience online, for example when websites are updated and the data in your cache is out of date. When you clear your cache and cookies, you reenter the website as if your browser is seeing it for the first time. This allows you (and us) to determine what and where the problem really is.
When clearing your cache, you want to be sure to clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history. Most web browsers will let you choose how far back you want to clear.
