Special Information about Dissertations: Some universities loan their dissertations if they have a second copy. The format may be hard copy, microfilm, or microfiche. There may be no charge or a lending fee up to $35.00.
Arrival of Materials
You generally should expect most articles and book chapters to arrive digitally within 48 hours. Books should arrive within 7-14 days.
Our preferred method is to send an e-mail message to your e-mail account notifying you that your material has arrived and is ready for download or pick-up. If your office is on campus, we use the Interoffice Mail system to send the material directly to you. Please indicate during ILLiad registration how you prefer to be notified when your material arrives. If you wish to change your notification method, you may do so in ILLiad. We will try to accommodate most requests; however, you must provide an accurate e-mail address for notification and an accurate office address for delivery.
