Q. How can I print a double-sided brochure in color from Publisher?

Please Note:  This answer applies to Xerox printers in Pius XII Memorial Library. It may apply to other printers as well, but we do not guarantee that.

1.      In the Print dialog box, select PiusColor

2.      Make sure paper orientation is set to Landscape

3.      Select 2-Sided Print, Flip on Short Edge

4.      Send job to printer as usual
