Q. How can I access the Mergent (formerly Moody's) municipal and corporate manuals?

Use Mergent WebReports. Click "Search Mergent WebReports" on the right side of the screen, then use the Corporate Manual Search or Municipal Manual Search tab. Search by company or municipal issuer name and year. Data is available from 1909 for the Corporate Manuals and from 1918 for the Municipal Manuals.
