Q. How long does it take to receive an item I requested from MOBIUS?

If there is an available copy of the item you requested, you can expect to receive it within about 5 business days. Of course, in some circumstances it may take longer.

You will automatically receive an email when the item you requested is available to be picked up. 

You'll also receive an email if for any reason your request cannot be filled.
