Q. How will LibQUAL benefit the SLU Libraries and their users?

LibQUAL will give library users a chance to tell the SLU Libraries where services need improvement so that the Libraries can respond and develop services that better meet user expectations. Librarians will also be able to compare the performance of the SLU Libraries with that of peer institutions and examine the practices of libraries evaluated highly by their users.
